Bank Card
Payment by bank card is made online upon completion of the order, payment is accepted through the “Victoria Bank” S.A. payment system. Cards issued under the logos VISA and MASTERCARD are accepted. No additional commission is charged for such payments. Transactions are made in Moldovan Lei at the exchange rate of the card-issuing bank if it is associated with an account in a currency other than Lei (MDL). “POISON BRAND” SRL does not store any card details.

When placing an order and selecting the online payment “Bank Card”, the user will be redirected to a secure payment page “Victoria Bank” S.A. (www.victoriabank/md), where they will need to enter their bank card details.
“Victoria Bank” S.A. protects and processes the user’s bank card data in accordance with the PCI DSS standard. The transmission of information to the payment portal is done using SSL encryption technology. Subsequent data transfer is done through closed banking networks, which have the highest level of security. “Victoria Bank” S.A. does not transfer the user’s card data to “POISON BRAND” SRL or other third parties. The Secure 3D protocol is used for additional cardholder authentication. If the user’s bank supports this technology, the user will be redirected to the Secure 3D page for additional authentication. The user automatically receives an electronic receipt to the email provided by them at registration, after completing the online payment process. “Victoria Bank” S.A. guarantees the security of online payment processing. All card payment transactions are carried out in accordance with the requirements of VISA International, MasterCard, and other payment systems. A special security technology is used for online card payments, and data processing is performed on a highly secure processing company server.
In case of a refund, the money is refunded to the card used for payment.
“POISON BRAND” SRL reserves the right to refuse registration of an order by the user as a payment method “Cash on Delivery” if the user’s previously registered orders have not been delivered due to the customer’s fault. For example, the user did not open the door or did not answer the phone during the delivery of the order, or the user provided an incorrect or non-existent delivery address, etc.
